Realtor Adverting on PropertyNut is great even posting listings and managing real estate advertising manually. With your Realtor MLS connect to your PropertyNut account, our system automatically posts your listing. You only need to Edit the Title for Keywords to match with what those search the Internet use to find Homes for-sale or for-rent. When MLS Realtor marketing is connect to PropertyNut, the Statu change on MLS will change on PropertyNut and remove the listing once the listings is no longer “some form of Active”. Any form of Active will keep the Agent Adverting of the real-estate going on PropertyNut.
The process to connect your MLS is first be sure your MLS is part of PropertyNut. If not, contact us so we can make your request to the MLS you belong to.
If your MLS is currently part of PropertyNut then it’s as easy as editing your Profile in your PropertyNut account to add your MLS ID. Then an email will be send by your MLS (in about 2 minutes) that has a LINK you must click to Validate your request to MLS to connect your listings with your Agent PropertyNut Account.
